Ohio Mechanics Lien Deadlines: The Notice of Furnishing and the 75-Day Affidavit Window

Ohio runs its mechanics lien system off a document the owner records first — the Notice of Commencement — and a document the subcontractor serves in response: the Notice of Furnishing.
