Acceleration vs. Constructive Acceleration: When the Contractor Has to Speed Up and Who Pays
Directed acceleration (owner orders work to be sped up) and constructive acceleration (owner refuses legitimate time extension, effectively forcing speed-up) have different legal treatment but similar practical effects.
