We check every incoming invoice against your complete history using both exact and fuzzy matching algorithms. This catches not just identical invoices, but also ones where amounts or invoice numbers have been slightly modified — amount within 2%, date within 7 days, and similar invoice numbers are all flagged.
Integrations are coming soon. Our architecture is built to connect with popular accounting and construction management tools. Approved invoices will automatically create bills in your accounting software. Rejected invoices never touch your books.
